These general conditions of sale govern the sale by Diagnostic CEM to its customers of the products presented on the website: www.diagnostic-cem.shop (the online store).

The customer undertakes to read these General Conditions of Sale carefully and to accept them before paying for an order for products placed on the website (the Diagnostic CEM online store).

PRODUCTS:

The products sold on the online store www.diagnostic-cem.shop are new, with the manufacturer's warranty, comply with European standards and authorized for sale in France and Europe.

Products marked with the label "sold out" (out of stock) are subject to a replenishment period of 1 to 2 weeks.

ORDER AND RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP:

The products remain the property of Diagnostic CEM until full payment of the invoice.

PAYMENT TERMS :

The customer has the authorization to use the means of payment he has chosen to pay for his purchases online.

All payment information entered by the customer is encrypted and secure and is not processed on the site but between the customer's payment institution and that of the site.

For reasons of limitation of fraud, Diagnostic CEM reserves the right to accept the sale to ask you to prove your identity and your place of residence as well as the means of payment used. In this case, your order will be processed upon receipt of these documents. We reserve the right to cancel your order in the absence of receipt of these supporting documents or on receipt of supporting documents deemed non-compliant.

In the case of payment by bank transfer, your order is reserved for you for 2 weeks (14 calendar days). If your payment has not reached us within this period, your order will be canceled and the product put back into stock.

DELIVERY DELAY :

Delivery times are indicated when the customer places an order on the website: www.diagnostic-cem.shop. Usual delivery time is 2-7 working days for mainland Europe including order processing time and actual delivery. The usual delivery times for other destinations are indicated to the customer when placing his order. Any order placed on a working day in France before 2:00 p.m. and whose payment will have been received by Diagnostic CEM in their bank account before 2:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, is processed the same day. Any order placed on a working day in France after 2 p.m., Monday to Friday, will be processed the following working day if the payment has arrived in the Diagnostic CEM bank account the following working day before 2:00 p.m.. It is specified that deliveries will be made within a maximum of thirty (30) days for delivery addresses located in the European Union. For customers located in the United Kingdom or in states or territories in our delivery area that are not members of the European Union Customs Union, there may be customs duties payable upon receipt of the package in addition to the product prices displayed in the Diagnostic CEM online store: www.diagnostic-cem.shop. SHIPPING FEES :

Shipping and delivery costs are not included in the prices displayed for the various products on the website: www.diagnostic-cem.fr. They depend on the products and the places of delivery. The shipping and delivery costs are indicated to the customer when placing his order. For certain products and for certain destinations, free delivery (free shipping) may be applied, this will be indicated to the customer when placing his order.

WITHDRAWAL, CANCELLATION, REFUND, PRODUCT RETURN:

The withdrawal procedure described in this article of our General Conditions of Sale only applies to private customers. Professional customers do not benefit from this withdrawal procedure.

The customer has a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of the product (s) purchased to exercise his right of withdrawal in due form.

Return costs are borne by the customer. A restocking fee of 10% of the order amount excluding delivery will be retained.

In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, the customer must imperatively send his request relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

The products must be returned in their original packaging and in their original packaging in perfect condition (no scratches, no tears of plastic bags, boxes, labels, etc.) with all accessories (batteries). , batteries, manuals, ...). The products returned by the customers will see their package opened under video in order to avoid any dispute on the state of the returned products.

Electromagnetic wave protection materials (window films, meshes, fleeces, fabrics, films,...) cut to order for each order cannot be returned or exchanged.

Bed canopies that have been opened and unpacked cannot be returned or exchanged as they cannot be repackaged. Technical products such as anti-wave clothing and anti-wave textile items whose packaging is unsealed are not returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons. Items operating with electric current cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been used (Filters, extension cords, power strips, demand switches, etc.).

In the event of a package refusal, shipping costs and return costs are borne by the customer. A restocking fee of 10% of the order amount excluding delivery will be retained.

GUARANTEE AND RESPONSIBILITY:

The commercial warranty on products sold by Diagnostic CEM is that applicable by the manufacturers of these products, failing which it is one (1) year.

The customer benefits from the legal guarantee against hidden defects. Any product found in this way will be replaced by Diagnostic CEM after return of the defective product. The duration and conditions of this warranty are those in effect at the time of the order.

Equipment and materials for protection against electromagnetic waves (anti-wave paints, window films, meshes, fleeces, fabrics, films, electrical appliances, electrical accessories,...) sold in the Diagnostic CEM online store must be implemented or installed by qualified specialized companies in accordance with the installation instructions provided by the manufacturer of the product.

DISPUTES AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION:

Sales or contracts concluded under these General Conditions of Sale (GTC) are subject to French law. The customer recognizes the sole jurisdiction of the courts of the location of Diagnostic CEM's head office in the event of legal proceedings.

IMPORTANT:

We take the greatest care in packaging the packages we send. However, we invite you to scrupulously check the contents of your package in the presence of the delivery person and to affix, if necessary, specific reservations on the carrier's slip (for example: damaged cardboard, ripped cardboard, crushed cardboard, goods arrived broken or damaged, etc. ..) and let us know as soon as possible. Please note: the statement “subject to unpacking the package” is not valid. If the products inside the package prove to be damaged, a reservation confirmation letter must be sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the carrier within 48 hours.
